Terms of Service

By creating an account or using KRAFFT, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform. You must be at least 18 years old to use KRAFFT.

KRAFFT is a marketplace connecting customers with independent artisans in Asaba, Delta State. Artisans are independent service providers, not employees or agents of KRAFFT. We facilitate discovery, communication, and payment — we do not perform the work ourselves and are not a party to the service agreement between customer and artisan.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up — artisans must provide a genuine NIN and ID document for verification, and impersonation or fraudulent verification will result in account termination.

• Artisans send quotes through in-app chat; customers accept a quote to create a booking.
• Payment for an accepted quote is collected upfront and held in escrow by KRAFFT via Paystack — it is not released to the artisan immediately.
• Once the customer confirms the job is complete, the held payment is released to the artisan.
• If a dispute arises over whether work was completed satisfactorily, contact hello@krafft.ng — as an early-stage platform, disputes are currently reviewed manually rather than through an automated resolution system.

Listing on KRAFFT is free for artisans during the platform's first year, with no commission charged until month 7 of that period. Fee terms may change with notice as the platform matures; the current terms in effect at the time of your registration will be honored for the stated period.

Reviews may only be submitted by customers who completed a booking with the artisan being reviewed. Reviews must reflect a genuine experience — fake, incentivized, or retaliatory reviews may be removed, and accounts that post them may be suspended.

• Circumventing KRAFFT's escrow system to pay or be paid outside the platform for a job arranged through KRAFFT.
• Providing false identity, verification, or profile information.
• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward other users.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Violations may result in warning, suspension, or permanent account termination at KRAFFT's discretion.

KRAFFT facilitates connections and payments between independent parties but does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services performed by artisans. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KRAFFT is not liable for damages arising from services rendered by artisans, disputes between users, or platform downtime. KRAFFT's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount of fees paid to KRAFFT relating to the transaction in question.

You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@krafft.ng. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms as KRAFFT evolves. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
